This search has brought me to

And then on to other opportunities to sign up for a weekend intensive to learn how to build "sales funnels", and how this Affiliated Marketing thing works.
Yes, at the end of the weekend they will try to upsell you to more training and support. I was in a position to take advantage of the additional training, which was astounding, and one of the best courses I've found anywhere on the subject. But you can learn quite a lot before ever spending a dime.
It's not necessary for you to spend lots of money to learn Affiliated Marketing, but as you advance there will be online tools that you will want to subscribe to. Most at nominal fees. You'll see how all of this works.

IN CONCLUSION
Affiliated Marketing is something that takes time to build and holds real potential as a long-term, sustainable and profitable goal, and at some point will require, and is worth some investment.
